This documentation contains the System Requirements of ACSP and some tips for checks if you
experience problems. 1. URL of Login PageOnly the official ACSP Application URL is supported, so only save this one e.g. as a favorite: https://www.customerservicepoint.amadeus.com ACSP can only be accessed via HTTPS. All further URLs are generated and will most likely not work on their own. If you experience a login problem, please first check if the right URL is being used. 2. NEW! Supported Browsers with TLS 1.2 CompatibilityFrom 06.02.2018 only browsers using TLS 1.2 Security Protocol will be supported and able to access ACSP. All other access will be rejected. Browser Versions that support TLS 1.2 automatically by default are:
- Chrome: >= v30 - IE: >= v11 - Firefox: >= v27 Browser versions that can and must be enabled to support TLS 1.2:
- IE: v9 and v10 - Firefox: v23 to v26 You can take a look at this document to understand how to enable TLS 1.2 in browsers. Other and earlier browser versions are not supported by ACSP.
3. Other recommended browser settings1. Popups must be allowed for the ACSP site as the application opens in a new window or tab. 2. Javascript must be enabled. 3. ACSP uses Cookies, so please enable them as well. 4. Session TimeoutAmadeus has set the server side session timeouts for ACSP to 12h. If you experience more frequent session timeouts, it probably relates to local configurations on your browser or network. We suggest the following steps to avoid this issue: 1) Regularly close and restart all your browser windows to clean up caches and other settings. Some browsers think you have been logged into ACSP for over 12 hours, even if you have navigated away but without a logout. 2) If point 1 doesn't help, it may be related to your company's network settings. Ask your own IT office to check that the 'www.customerservicepoint.amadeus.com' domain is allowed through your firewall (i.e. is on the 'Whitelist') and that any proxy servers on your system aren't forcing a short session limit. For ACSP it should be at least 12h. 5. One User Name One Session.ACSP is designed to support only a single session per user. This means only one active session is possible at any one time per user. As a consequence this means ACSP userids cannot only be shared. It is not possible to use the same login by two different users are the same time. |
