Bug fix for IR 12800532: Failures in attachment handling for external users
Bug fix for PTR 12817067:Win@: PROD RR Workflow corrupted due to newly implemented automated RR signoff
The CMT has initiated a
review of the current change management support in WIN@proach resulting in a
significant amount of changes included in this
release.
The main changes
are:
·
Rename of the change category Not operationally relevant
into Documentation to stress it’s use to track activities outside of
the scope of change management. The functionality (in terms of available fields)
of TRs categorized as ‘Documentation’ has been aligned to better reflect
this.
·
The Risk Assessment and Categorize workflow steps
have been re-arranged and results are represented in a less confusing way on the
TR tabs. Also the Accept workflow step is no longer
required.
·
Clean-up of unused and obsolete fields including
‘Type/Component’ and ‘System/Subsystem’ classifications, ‘Operational Area’ and
‘Notification sent’ fields and the ‘Peaks’ tab.
As a reminder, please modify
your internal processes and tools if you are still using any of those (updates
through the WIN@proach API will not result in any error but users will no longer
be able to update the fields using the client).
For the detailed list of
changes refer to:

Here are the new classification dialogs:
This allows the Responsible Group (Specified in the Background Tab) along with the Owner and the Owner Group to modify the target date in order to provide flexibility and ensure that there is no delay on providing updated target date.
The Test Panel is updated to accomodate a new workflow during the release sign-off of a Unix Release Record. If t he Technical Validation is Passed OR Limited and the Functional Validation is Passed an automatic sign-off is initiated.
WIN@proach now supports sub-phases and multiple Service Orders per budget line.
In order to ease the selection in the pop-up with the list of Service Orders, the description is displayed along with the SO value.
The
Scheduling dialogue for TRs has been updated to more easily
allow you to set the start time of your slot and now offers a better overview of
the potential scheduling conflicts.
Through differentiating
conflict levels that are color-coded in the conflict
list, with one glance you can identify changes on the same CI from those with
CIs in the same conflict domain (e.g. any MCA application). Also, operational
freezes are highlighted in a different color.
Starting with this
version of the scheduling dialogue, OMS will always be used for the scheduling of a
TR and if you must schedule outside of the active scheduling policies this can
be done through selecting the checkbox at the bottom of the
dialog:
Finally, Time Align was replaced by Start Time so that you can specify a real time to start the change.
The PMR AI Weight will be shown on the main panel (but is hidden if there is none). The field is automatically synchronized from IMR-PMR.
This change is targeting major IRs: ten days after closure no date/time fields can be modified nor can child relations be changed.
A URL
link field was created in the SMC tab.
Name of the field: Link to Knowledge Article (KCS). The SMC
project KCS will fill it eventually.
